However, before you keep reading about Christian Martin’s program, I need to say that I don’t recommend starting your business by hiring coaches. My issue with this business model is it sets you up to CONTINUALLY be searching for new clients. I prefer a much more autopilot business model. A business I can setup that runs without me needing to keep hustling for new clients.

What is The Guaranteed Agency?
This is a platform that takes over the process of building the foundation of your social media management agency. According to Christian, having his team on your team eliminates trial and error since he has the experience of building multiple agencies. They will set you up for success with the experience they have gained from doing it over and over again.
Who is Christian Martin?
Martin grew up in Pennsylvania and like all of us, he dreamt of working in corporate. After college, he had a hard time securing a job relevant to his field of study. He couldn’t even secure an interview and he ended up working in a real estate office.
This introduced him to the world of estate and he eventually quit his job to start a real estate business. He worked in the real estate business for three years and went into consulting. He got the idea to start The Guaranteed Agency after realizing that many people have great business ideas but are unable to start because they are occupied with one thing or another.
He revealed that the idea came to him one day while he was sipping coffee and reading emails from people who needed help starting their businesses. He said a lot of people get tired or bored when they try for a few months. He wanted to create a strategy that would succeed even if the people ended up self-sabotaging themselves into failing.
This is when he decided to create a program that allows him to step up and set up the business for you.
What is The Guaranteed Agency?
According to Martin, when you sign up with their company, you won’t be running your business like a full-time job. You don’t need to be present every day since all you need to do is spend some time managing the systems they have built and the team they have helped you recruit.
The entire process is in four phases; the first phase is called the Done-for-you setup. The company will schedule 4 one-on-one calls with you. They will use that time to choose a niche, set up systems to help you get leads, and other systems to help your business run. By the end of the four calls, your business will be up and running. You will also know what you need to be doing to take care of the business.
You won’t need to worry about lead generation since Martin and his team will automate this for you. You will also be given a script to convert leads to clients.
The next phase focuses on helping you scale to $10k per month so that you can quit your job. According to Martin, he and his team have been creating and testing campaigns for over 5 years. They will bring this experience to create campaigns that get great results for your business. When you are stuck implementing certain processes, you can quickly hop on a call with a team member to help you figure it out. You will also have access to a private mentorship group where you can connect with other CEOs and learn from each other.
The next phase takes you through the process of growing your business to $100k per month. Martin and his team realize that growing a successful business is a mindset game. They will help you build the mindset of a successful business person through daily mindset coaching.
Scaling your business means focusing on the core of your business. That means, you will need to automate a large section of your business so that you can have enough time to focus on scaling. Martin will ensure that you automate more aspects of your business. The team will also help you hire sales reps to reduce your involvement in sales. Once these are set up, your sales are bound to skyrocket.
The final phase is about getting your business to run without you. Here, Martin and his team will help you to hire a good account manager, and a media buyer to handle the daily affairs of the company. You can either decide to keep the business running without your involvement or sell it. The choice is yours.
What is the Cost of Martin’s Coaching Program?
The cost depends on the level of support you need. However, you will be paying between $5k to $25k. When you book your free call with the head coach, the coach will discuss what you are looking for and give you a quote.

Should You Invest in The Guaranteed Agency?
Christian and his team make the entire process look easy. But if you know anything about running a business, you will know how difficult it will be for someone else to set up a business and have another person run it. Apart from that, the coaching cost is high.
Unfortunately, we did not find any reviews about this program on review websites. Paying this much for a program that does not have raving past clients is not a good idea. But you can go ahead and sign up for the free call to hear what they have to say. Maybe, their answers to your questions will be credible enough to clear your doubts.
