The course my daughter used above is much better than Robert Syfert‘s program. But since you are here to learn about Robert Syfert, lets get back to our review of that:

What is Robert Syfert’s Program?

Robert’s platform is called REI Control and it is an automated system that helps you to capture, control, and close more profitable leads with a push of a button.

Who is Robert Syfert?

Robert has been in the real estate investment space for almost two decades and he has spent a lot of time trying a lot of strategies and systems that are relevant to the industry. Before joining the industry, he worked as a Senior Sales Account Executive.

In 2013, he started a property management company that focused on flipping, wholesaling, and renting different types of properties. The company was involved in over 200 real estate transactions in the 3 years that it ran. Robert went on to start another company called Property Portfolio Management Inc and as the name suggests, it managed the portfolio of single home properties.

Robert worked another two years as a real estate coach before founding RealEstateInvestor.com, a company that focused on helping high-level entrepreneurs live a healthier and wealthier life. He didn’t run this company for long before starting another company called USA Portfolio Real Estate; another company that focused on single-family property rentals.

That company ran for over 8 years before Robert started his most recent company; REI Control. Robert is also an author and a speaker who primarily speaks on real estate and software solutions. He wrote the book; Who Am I, I Am You: How to Achieve Success, Navigate the Pits of Life, and Live Faith over Fear.      He has been featured on several real estate podcasts including Passive Wealth with Real Estate. He currently resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife and son.

How Does the REI Control work?

Robert has two packages and you can choose any of them depending on what you are looking for. There are Base and Professional packages.

The Base package will teach you how to automate lead and property management, prospect marketing, and list stacking. You will also get access to fully automated follow-ups, 360-degree social profiling, KPI tracking reports, a deal analyzer, and Zapier support.

The Professional package includes everything in the Base package. You will also get access to contracts that you can amend to suit your deals. This package will also give you access to resources such as digital signatures, and inspection reports.

You will be able to manage appointments properly. Robert and his team also allow you to enjoy listing with property landing pages and email and SMS blasts for buyers. You will be taught how to automate these so that you can get more time to focus on closing deals.

According to Robert, his system integrates well with popular programs such as WordPress, Launch CONTROL, REIRail, Property List Manager, Carrot, CallRail, Facebook advertising, TextMagic, Sherpa, Gmail, DEALMACHINE, and Mojo.

When you sign up, Robert and his team will set you up with their system within one business day.

What is the Cost of the REI Control Program?

The Base package costs $197 monthly and $1997 annually. The Professional package costs $497 monthly and $4970 annually.

Refund Policy

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. But you need to fully use the package you purchased to qualify for a refund. Your account will be automatically renewed every 30 days and the payment will be charged automatically based on the payment method you select. To get a refund, all you need to do is to cancel within the first 30 days.

Since the packages run monthly, there is an arrangement for cancellations at any time. If you want to cancel your account, you need to do it inside your account under the billing section. REI Control does not cancel subscriptions via phone calls or emails.

Should You Invest in Robert Syfert’s Program?

Interestingly, Robert started several businesses and most of them are in the real estate space. That tells us that he is passionate about real estate and him starting several businesses have probably given him a lot of experience in helping people to run real estate businesses.

We couldn’t find reviews on independent websites but we are not surprised since the business is barely two years old. We decided to take a look at Amazon reviews on his book since that will still give us a little idea about the kind of content he shares.

We found only two reviews but they are all positive. One reviewer said it provides a clear path to prosperity in real estate. The other reviewer described the book as one of a kind that explains how to change a negative situation into a positive one.

We admit that the reviews from the book do not paint the exact picture of what you should expect with his REI Control packages but at least it tells you a bit about the value he provides.

You need to remember that REI Control offers an automation system and not the typical real estate training. If you already know what you are doing but need help to get more time on your hands, you can go ahead and sign up for Robert’s program. I would suggest that you first choose the Base package and try it out, if you like it and feel like you will need more of the features provided on the Professional package, you can go ahead and upgrade. Remember to try the system within the first 30 days of purchase so that will qualify for a refund if you don’t like the system.
