The Amare Global Lawsuit

The famed Amare Global lawsuit comes to mind when you hear about Amare Global products. Well, understanding the facts of the case is necessary before dismissing the company or its products altogether.

Amare Global is a wellness company that leverages the MLM business model to sell its products. Hiep Tran launched the company alongside Mike Brown, Rich Higbee, Mark Nguyen, and Shawn Talbott, the lead product researcher who was sued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

The FTC filed a lawsuit against Dr. Shawn in 2004, claiming that he had made unsubstantiated claims and used formatted advertisements to pitch dietary products for his business, Window Rock Enterprises, Inc.

According to FTC, Shawn’s company had exaggerated CortiSlim’s ability to cause significant weight loss and CortiStres’ ability to reduce the risk of developing cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, among other chronic ailments.

Dr. Shawn and his accomplices were instructed to pay $4.5 million to the FTC to dismiss the charges. This shows no relationship between the lawsuit and Amare Global except that Dr. Shawn is the company’s product researcher. Here’s more about Amare Global company and its products.

So… at this point you’re wondering, should I partner with Amare Global? Well, I’ll be frank. I have been making money online for over 20 years, and I have major concerns with the Amare Global business model—which is essentially a multi-level marketing (MLM) program.

My main concern with Amare Global is the same concern I have with other MLMs: you make money based on selling someone else’s product. Essentially, the harder you work, the bigger the OTHER person’s business gets. Since you only make money by selling someone else’s product, the product owners may not pay you. They may change their commission structure or even remove their products from the market. I have PERSONALLY had all these things happen. To avoid these pitfalls and learn a business model that puts you in total control, click here! You keep all the profits and you own all the products. Plus, it takes less time to set up than a Amare Global business. It even uses a loophole in the Google Maps system to get you automatic monthly payments.

The course my daughter used above is much better than the Amare Global program. But since you are here to learn about Amare Global, lets get back to our review of that:

Who is Hiep Tran? The Brains Behind Amare Global

Hiep Tran is the founder of Amare Global. He formed the company in 2016 alongside four other founding executives- Mark Nguyen, Rich Higbee, Shawn Talbott, and Mike Brown. Before starting the wellness company, Tran was running Meritus Payment Solutions, which saw him scale new heights.

The company was so successful that it was named one of the fastest-growing companies in Orange County. In 2014 Optimal Payments acquired Meritus Payment Solutions making Hiep Tran the CEO of the newly formed company- PaySafe.

However, Tran decided to resign after realizing that his success took a toll on his family, physical and mental health. He had also developed an alcohol addiction.

It was then that Tran developed a passion for health and wellness and decided to create a company that focused on creating health and nutritional products. Tran explains that the products revitalize the body and the mind while inspiring people to adopt healthy lifestyles.

What is Amare Global?

Amare Global is a company that deals in wellness and nutritional products. The company sells various nutritional supplements to promote health and well-being. According to the lead researcher, there’s a relationship between one’s brain and stomach.

In his study, he found that the microorganisms in the gut are responsible for various stimulations in the body and how we feel. He found that their balance is easily disrupted because gut microbes have more hormones and neurotransmitters than the brain. As such, Amare Global’s products help correct this imbalance.

Unlike other companies that sell products via distributors or directly to consumers, Amare Global uses MLM to do it. This means you can enroll in the company’s partnership program, buy the products and sell them directly to a target audience or recruit someone to sell them on your behalf.

There are two ways brand partners make money through Amare Global:

  • Earn 25% in commission: This happens when you buy the products directly from the company. For every sale you make, you earn 25% in commission
  • Downline commission: With this method, you earn a commission by recruiting other people to sell Amare Global products. You can build your network to the highest level (level 7) to earn a decent commission

What is the Cost of Enrolling in Amare Global’s Partnership Product?

New brand partners must pay $129.95 for a year of free membership. After that, they can purchase any company’s packs for use or resale. If you’re lucky, you may enjoy discounts on some products which add to your profits.

And if you need to return some products, you must do it 31-90 days from the order date to qualify for a 100% refund (minus the shipping costs).

Amare Global Reviews- What are Others Saying About the Company?

Amare Global offers some pretty good products, but before getting sucked into its operations, it’s important to find out what other people are saying. Apparently I could only find third-party reviews on Better Business Bureau. Here are some of them:

The products are pretty helpful

This customer found the products useful as they improved her mental health, making it easy to manage stress. They agree that the products are costly but worth every dime, given the significant benefits they’ve enjoyed. Also, they don’t find the company’s selling practices sketchy, as some buyers indicate.

Boosts Mood and Helped Reduce Antidepressant Dosage

Natalee finds the products incredibly effective as they have improved her mental health significantly. She purchased the Happy Juice and realized a tremendous (highly motivated) change two weeks into taking them.

Loves the Commission Program

Jeff has worked with Amare Global for years and loves the commission program. He has scaled the heights over time and can’t wait to reach the 6th level.

Should You Subscribe to Amare Global Partnership Product? My Verdict

The company’s great program can help you earn a decent income. Also, the products effectively improve the user’s mental wellness and overall well-being. However, if signing up as a brand partner, you must be ready to pay over $100 for a subscription and purchase the product packs for resale. This can be incredibly costly, especially if you can’t sell the packs or recruit people to sell on your behalf. I’d also have loved to see more reviews from third-party sites like Trustpilot and Reddit. If you plan to work with the company, be sure to research before committing large sums of money.
