Shawn Moore is the founder of Vodyssey. He established the company in 2018 after realizing the huge potential lying in these properties.

After clicking on the free training video icon, you’re required to provide your name and email address to watch the video.

I received a response email almost instantly highlighting the program’s free resources including the free training video, a podcast, and members’ success stories.

Although the video is pretty long, Shawn uses every minute to explain his coaching program. He introduces the program and mentions that it’s an opportunity to earn passive income by investing in vacation rental homes which he refers to as lifestyle assets. Shawn’s program helps you:

  • Identify profitable lifestyle assets and analyze their demand in the market 
  • Determine a suitable management structure for the assets to create a memorable experience for clients
  • Know how to maximize the asset to generate an income
  • Build a proprietary website using Shawn’s the profit-maximizing software

He also gives examples of members who have used the program, sold properties, and earned six-figure incomes. 

How Much Does Vodyssey Cost?

By now, you’re probably wondering how much it costs to use the program. The Vodyssey.com coaching program costs $4800, which is somewhat high for most people.

Vodyssey Reviews: What Do Others Say?

The website has tons of testimonials of people who have used the program and earned an income.

However, I couldn’t find independent reviews from third-party review sites like Trustpilot and Better Business Bureau. This is a major concern for anyone planning to sign up for the program.

Should You Subscribe to Vodyssey? My Thoughts

Vodyssey.com is a handy program for anyone planning to invest in vacation rental homes and earn passive income. It helps you identify the right property for the trade, stage it to prospective customers, and maximize the asset for long-term revenue generation. Shawn’s vast experience in real estate gives the program some credibility as he understands the ins and outs of the industry. However, the fact that I didn’t find any third-party reviews raises eyebrows. I would advise prospective investors to be extra cautious when subscribing to the program. They could do more research by looking for people who have worked with Shawn to understand their experience.
